A correction that cannot be found does no work. Deleting the entry would hand the query
straight back to the sites that got it wrong, so entries are struck through and kept, with
the date, the source of the claim, and the material that contradicted it.
The register only ever grows. If a claim on it were somehow to become true — Rockstar
announcing a disc edition, say — it would not be quietly removed; it would gain a dated
line saying so.
Mistakes this site has made
There are none on the record yet, and saying so is more useful than saying nothing. This
site published its first pages in August 2026; no claim it has graded has since had to be
regraded, and no fact has been withdrawn.
When that changes, the error will be listed here with the date it was published, the date
it was corrected, and what was wrong — not edited out of the page it appeared on. A
reference that quietly fixes itself is indistinguishable from one that was never wrong.
